Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TheIToons, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our design and branding services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling your project and requesting a refund.

01 Project Cancellation

You may request project cancellation by contacting us at info@theitoons.com. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If work has already commenced, a cancellation fee may apply based on the amount of work completed.

Once a project is delivered and approved, it cannot be cancelled. Revisions may be requested instead.

02 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of initial project commencement, if no work has been delivered
  • If the delivered work does not match the agreed project brief (upon verification)
  • If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline (excluding force majeure)

Refunds are not available for:

  • Projects that have been approved and signed off
  • Revisions that were part of the original scope
  • Change of mind after delivery

03 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@theitoons.com with your project details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request within 7 business days.

04 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
