Shipping & Exchange Policy

TheIToons is a design and branding agency offering digital creative services. As such, no physical products are shipped. This Shipping and Exchange Policy outlines how we handle digital deliverables and any exchange requests.

01 Digital Delivery

All design deliverables are provided electronically via our client portal or email. Upon project completion, you will receive your files in the agreed formats (PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, etc.).

Please ensure your email address and portal account are accurate, as we use these to deliver your final assets.

02 Exchange & Revisions

Since our services are custom creative work, exchanges are handled through our revision process:

  • If a deliverable does not match your project brief, contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will revise the work to match the agreed specifications at no additional cost (within the agreed revision scope)
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately

03 No Physical Shipping

TheIToons does not ship any physical products. All services and deliverables are entirely digital. Any references to "delivery" in our communications refer to the electronic provision of your design assets.

04 Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your deliverables, contact us at info@theitoons.com. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
